Confirm if patient is currently on active treatment. If active treatment (including palliative intent therapy) is occurring, connect with the patient's Cancer Care team before starting medical management.

For urgent issues, follow the instructions on the patient’s systemic therapy or checkpoint inhibitor therapy emergency contact card.
